Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and innovative AI Specialist to join the DGI-A unit. The AI Specialist will lead the development, prototyping (POC), and integration of cutting-edge AI solutions across our digital platforms, focusing on enhancing product innovation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role will evaluate and experiment with emerging AI technologies to match relevant digital products and business use cases, ensuring the organization stays ahead in innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI models leveraging pre-trained and fine-tuned solutions.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) projects to explore and validate new AI technologies that align with digital product strategies or business use cases.
  • Implement vector-based search, embeddings, and RAG systems.
  • Develop AI agents using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks.
  • Apply robust prompt engineering and ensure AI safety, fairness, and privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to embed AI functionalities seamlessly.
  • Conduct performance tuning, token optimization, and API cost management.
  • Stay current with the latest AI technologies, tools, and ethical standards, proactively recommending innovative solutions for the organization.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience with pre-trained models (OpenAI, Hugging Face) and vector databases.
  • Strong Python or JavaScript coding, including AI-specific libraries.
  • Knowledge of RAG pipelines, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
  • Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with multimodal AI and cloud-based AI platforms.

Educational Qualification:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OpenAI Functions, Assistant API.
  • Familiarity with adversarial testing and moderation tools.
  • Background in multimodal AI tasks and open-source AI ecosystems.
  • Prior work in cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
