Job Description
- Organize and set up development plan for GA owner
- Planning with team for buildup number of new GA office growth in each year.
- Set up plan to train tools and operation process for GA office can work business under AXA policy.
- Plan to support and follow up with potential can be open new GA.
- Set up plan to go visit GA office by quarterly for inspect quality, operation process and follow up.
- Inspect GA office make sure can maintain quality of operation process.
- Build up relationship with GA office and GA owner partner.
- Control quality of sales by market conduct and AXA policy.
- Communicate with agency office, agents, GA owner to understand company announcement with clear.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management.
- Having experience in Agency Coordination
- Having knowledge and understanding of insurance business
- Can communicate in English
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skill, and good relationship
- Presentation skill
- Creative Thinking and marketing skill
