Position: Territory Manager – Fuel Retail & Fleet Solutions
Role Overview
Our client seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales growth and business expansion across fuel retail operations and Fleet Card solutions within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate plans into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales volume, revenue, and profitability across fuel retail stations and Fleet Card accounts within the assigned area
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance financial performance, including return optimization and asset utilization
- Identify and expand new business opportunities, including the development of fuel retail stations and market coverage
- Acquire and grow Fleet Card customers through multiple channels such as direct sales, partners, and marketing initiatives
- Oversee credit management processes, billing, and collections to ensure compliance and healthy cash flow
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence, safety, and customer experience across all retail sites
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery and maximize business efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Fuel Retail, Fleet Solutions, FMCG, or Retail Chain industries
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (TOEIC score of 700 or above preferred)
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management and networking skills
- Highly results-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively in upcountry areas (approximately 15–20 days per month)
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
- Exposure to digital tools or transformation initiatives is an advantage
