Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and maintain fulfillment KPIs, including data analysis and performance reporting
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and issue resolution
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with VMI hubs to address operational issues and verify billing accuracy
- Facilitate weekly/monthly carrier review meetings, including issue tracking and documentation of meeting minutes
- Manage customs clearance matters in collaboration with carriers and the Finance team, ensuring compliance with legal and local regulatory requirements
- Review order status and inventory transactions within the ERP system, coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Develop and maintain Work Instructions (WI) for systems and operational processes
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and process enhancement projects

Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations or a related discipline
SKILLS:
- Strong system proficiency and data analysis capability, including experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud Supply Chain preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in import and export clearance and customs declaration preferred
- Proven experience working within international or cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance and punctuality
