Analysis data exp. Productivity, cost, KPI, improvement to improve operation team
To closely work with Operation Managers to ensure the contractual KPI and customer satisfaction are improved or maintained.
Studying the project and operations under Supervisory to contribute the cost reduction and the operations improvement by suggestion the best comment via his / her experience of involvement on all departments to provide an organization view
To take responsibility the project progress to be achieved timeline and deliverables. And initiate corrective action where necessary.
To ensure all periodically or occasionally report are completed, qualified and on time submitted.
Assist Supervisory to come up with all media of communication.
To achieve the necessary results, the job holder has to initiative and enough autonomy to take timely decisions. He has to use a wide range of communication skills.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, data analysis, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and logistics management software.
Understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)) are a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication in Thai and able to communicate in English.
