We are currently seeking two exceptional Finance professionals to support the Finance Leadership team:
- Bangna location – ideally from a dynamic, fast-paced industry with strong business partnering capability
- Samut Prakan location – background in manufacturing, with solid expertise in costing and financial control
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business units, providing insights to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Analyze financial performance and translate data into clear commercial recommendations for management
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning cycles to support business targets and strategic direction
- Monitor key business drivers and identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps
- Partner with Sales and Operations to evaluate new business opportunities and commercial proposals
- Deliver high-quality management reports with actionable insights, not just numbers
- Drive financial discipline and cost optimization initiatives across the organization
- Improve and streamline reporting processes, dashboards, and financial tools for better decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency and financial control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance roles
- Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to link financial data to business strategy
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders (Sales, Operations) to drive performance and decision-making
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial systems or reporting tools
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Fluent in Thai & English
- Proactive, business-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
