What does the role involve
As AP Accountant, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures. This position involves working closely with accounting team for full setting of accounting and handling of monthly financial accounts closings and management reporting.
You will take lead to perform and review travel & expenses reimbursements, and also tax filing to ensure timely closing, as well as compliance with local and GAAP standards. Overall, AP Accountant builds strong partnership with different departments and influences people at various levels both internally and externally.
Additional responsibilities;
- Develop clear and efficient accounts payables processes
- Set-up lean and consistent travel & expenses processes
- Execute consistent and correct financial bookings
- Operate internal controls
- Check and establish consistent filing of invoices

What you need is:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or other relevant degrees from reputable university
- Around 3-5 years of work experience in accounting and audit field with CPA qualification
- Commercial experience in MNCs is preferred
- Solid accounting and fundamental tax knowledge are preferred
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strong adaptability
- Good English skill in both written and spoken English &Thai
- Ambition to excel their career at Hilti
