What awaits you in this role

We are looking for a passionate APAC Salesforce Consultant (Sales/Service Cloud) who will join our team in the IT Business Applications Team, Information Technologies Department.

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and configure Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud in collaboration with our global Salesforce team, including workflows, approvals, escalation rules, and other key features.
  • Integrate Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud with other systems, including our home-grown field service management system (developed by our global IT team), SAP S/4 Hana, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Review and approve architectural alignment of custom-developed applications using Apex, Visualforce, and/or other Salesforce development tools by the delivery vendor.

Ensure data quality and integrity:

  • Implement data cleansing and migration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes.
  • Review the data quality standards, data cleansing and migration strategies prepared by the delivery vendor.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to internal users.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud features and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce best practices across the APAC region.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and IT teams to ensure successful Salesforce implementation and adoption.

The position is an onsite position based in Bangna, Thailand.

How do we describe a perfect match

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development languages, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Experience with data migration and data quality management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) preferred.
