Architect

This is a full-time, on-site Architect position located in Bangkok. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Duties include creating innovative architectural designs, coordinating with teams on project implementation, managing logistics and budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. The role requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven ability to deliver innovative yet practical solutions.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural design and project execution.
• Experienced in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in hardscape or interior design projects is a plus.
