Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the performance of multiple retail stores within an assigned area - Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store-level and area-level targets - Monitor and analyze key retail KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer experience metrics - Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational standards, service quality, and visual merchandising compliance - Coach, develop, and support Store Managers to improve team performance and leadership capability - Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve store results - Ensure consistent execution of company policies, SOPs, and brand standards across all stores - Collaborate with Head Office teams including Retail Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR to support business objectives - Support new store openings, including recruitment, training, and operational setup - Manage workforce planning and support staffing optimization across stores - Handle operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary - Prepare and present area performance reports and business insights to senior management Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management or multi-store supervision - Strong experience managing Store Managers or leading multiple store teams - Solid understanding of retail KPIs and store operations - Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven retail environment - Experience in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or specialty retail is an advantage
