Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Execution

  • Drive revenue growth for simulation and engineering solutions across assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Expand footprint within existing strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell.

Channel Partner Management

  • Manage and grow partner ecosystem in the territory.
  • Enable, motivate, and drive partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans and ensure pipeline generation through partners.

Territory Ownership

  • Own and execute territory strategy with clear account segmentation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Maintain deep understanding of local market dynamics, competition, and opportunities.

Customer Engagement & Solution Positioning

  • Understand customer requirements and position integrated CAD/CAE and PLM solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solutioning and product demonstrations.
  • Drive value-based selling and articulate ROI to customers.

Performance Metrics

  • Consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Active and engaged partner ecosystem delivering pipeline and closures.
  • Increased market penetration and strategic account growth.
