About the Role: This incumbent will report to National Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Own the profit & loss and deliver key business objectives with respective customers.
- Strengthen business relationship with the customers to accelerate the sales growth.
- Own the execution at the shop-front, lead the team (Promoter, Promoter head) with clear sales strategy/objective(In/Out )
- To submit accurate monthly sales FC (6 months ahead) and manage well the channel stock
- To submit monthly Coops (sales expense) budget plan and control the spending under the plan
- On-time debt collection
- Explore new growth opportunities and develop new sales opportunities with existing channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 3 years experience in Area Sales/Traditional
- Trade Sales Management from any industries.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics or SDA or Cookware product would be a plus.
- Computer literacy i.e., Power point, Words and Excel.
- Fair English communication skills
- Strong planning, analytical with logical thinking
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
