Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of 10+ RAVIPA stores, ensuring all locations meet sales targets and comply with operational guidelines.
  • Set clear performance objectives for each store, track progress, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of 30+ Sales Advisors across multiple stores, fostering a positive, motivated, and inclusive work environment.
  • Cultivate a strong team culture based on empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect, ensuring all team members feel valued and supported.
  • Analyze performance data and collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to assess sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  • Ensure all stores deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience that aligns with RAVIPA's brand identity and values.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring that displays and product arrangements showcase the latest collections and create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory levels across all stores to maintain optimal product availability while minimizing stock shortages and overages.
  • Lead and coordinate special projects, including new store openings, renovations, and promotional events, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Provide regular reports to management on store performance, sales data, customer satisfaction, and team metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Retail Area Manager.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and lead diverse teams while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting and adept at navigating change and uncertainty.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and visual merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Willingness to work in Bangkok and other provinces, with opportunities for global business expansion.
