Job Description

Since its establishment in Paris in 1780, the Maison CHAUMET has been intricately linked with the history of France. Shortly after its inception, it swiftly became the official jeweler to Empress Josephine. Over the course of 235 years, the Maison has upheld and passed down its savoir-faire in high jewelry, crafting exquisite pieces within the heart of Place Vendôme. The jewellery and watchmaking creations reflect these exceptional skills and pay tribute to the Parisian style. Currently in full transformation and firmly anchored in modernity, the House of Chaumet is undergoing a global repositioning with a strong sales growth.

We are excited to share that we are looking for Sales Ambassadors to be based in boutique in Bangkok. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Senior Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
  • Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
  • Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
  • Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
  • Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager

Profile

  • At least 2 years experience in luxury retail with successful track record gained from jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese-Speaking is a plus.
  • A sales and resulted-oriented individual who is self-motivated and a positive thinker
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • An excellent team player who works well in a team
  • High levels of integrity with good ethics and values
