Job Description
- Develop & implement effective marketing strategies & execution plans to achieve brand objectives with a good understanding in consumer insight
- Be able to work and collaborate closely with internal departments i.e. product development, sales, trade, design, procurement, e-commerce team etc. to drive product launch plan successfully and manage existing products
- Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. Agencies, business partners, production houses etc.)
- Efficiently plan and track budget spending according to the plan and be prompted to adjust in any situations
- Build awareness for new product/campaign launch and track campaign & product performances along with competitors activities
- Manage and lead in New Product Development (NPD) process with product development team and create product concept and strategy to meet business objectives
- Support Brand Manager/Senior Brand manager in managing brand's product portfolio and developing brand strategy/direction to meet business objectives
- Analyze the result of marketing campaigns and create comprehensive reports
- Support in market research to keep up to date with customer trends, market situation, and competitors.
- Maintain consistency in branding in all areas of marketing
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Mass Communication, Faculty of Arts, or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communication, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in team management.
- Proficient in MS Office, MacOS, typing, Excel, Numbers, and skilled in preparing reports and present
- Strong experience and genuine interest in Skincare products.
- Advance Presentation Skill
- Judgement skill, Analysis and comprehension skill, General Knowledge and basic to fair knowledge in beauty and FMCG industry
- Cosmetic & Beauty enthusiast
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
- Love to discuss and share new ideas with teammate
- Fluent in communication skills (both written and spoken Thai & English)
- Creative, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, and good interpersonal skill
- Able to create product / creative brief for new project launch
- Soft Skills: Communication and negotiation, Analysis and common sense, Art Aesthetic
- Photos or Video skills would be beneficial
