Assistant Business Development Manager to join our team in
Nefab Thailand.
As
Assistant Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing customer relationships, and delivering value-driven packaging solutions. You will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success, directly supporting Nefab's strategic expansion and value proposition.
You will be part of the
Business Development organization, working closely with
Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, and Quality teams. In this role, you will collaborate across functions and geographies to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into competitive and sustainable solutions.
This position is located in
Sriracha, Chonburi, and you will report to the
Senior Business Development Manager.

What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer visits, networking, and market analysis. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term growth and partnership.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers, working closely with engineering and operations teams.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to deliver effective and competitive solutions.
- Support negotiation and commercial discussions to achieve profitable and sustainable business outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to support business planning.
- Support strategic initiatives to expand Nefab's presence in target industries and key accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships.
- Experience in industries such as Electronics, Industrial, Telecom, Automotive, or Packaging is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English (reading and writing). Chinese language skills are an advantage.
- Valid driver's license in Thailand.
