Location: Chonburi, Thailand Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 THB (Based on experience) Industry: Automotive Parts Manufacturing (Metal Stamping & Painting)
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Continuous Improvement (CI) projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable ROI and operational excellence
- Lead and facilitate Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die), and Poka-Yoke specifically for stamping and painting processes.
- Analyze production workflows to reduce waste, improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and shorten lead times.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as cycle time, scrap rates, and productivity metrics to senior management.
- Conduct Lean workshops and train staff at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to solve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement within theAutomotive industry.
- Proven experience inMetal Stamping and/or Painting/Coatingprocesses is highly preferred.
- Must hold aLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Beltcertification.
- Demonstrated success in leading Lean projects with clear evidence of cost savings or efficiency gains.
- Good command of English(both written and spoken) for reporting and communicating with international stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
