Raimon Land is seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our Business Development team. This role will be directly involved in evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting the strategic growth of our residential and mixed-use development portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in identifying, evaluating, and executing new development and investment opportunities.
- Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, cashflow, sensitivity).
- Assist in land acquisition studies, project concept planning, and preliminary master planning coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Project Development) and external consultants.
- Prepare investment papers, management presentations, and reports for internal approvals.
- Support negotiations with landowners, partners, and investors where required.
- Monitor market trends, comparable projects, and regulatory considerations relevant to development feasibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Business, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of real estate feasibility studies, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of building layout, master planning, and development process is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial standards.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to real estate development in Thailand.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is highly preferred.
