Now Hiring: Assistant Manager – Business Development

Raimon Land Public Company Limited | Bangkok, Thailand

Raimon Land is seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our Business Development team. This role will be directly involved in evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting the strategic growth of our residential and mixed-use development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying, evaluating, and executing new development and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, financial models, and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, cashflow, sensitivity).
  • Assist in land acquisition studies, project concept planning, and preliminary master planning coordination.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Project Development) and external consultants.
  • Prepare investment papers, management presentations, and reports for internal approvals.
  • Support negotiations with landowners, partners, and investors where required.
  • Monitor market trends, comparable projects, and regulatory considerations relevant to development feasibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, finance, accounting, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Business, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of real estate feasibility studies, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of building layout, master planning, and development process is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to real estate development in Thailand.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is highly preferred.
