Overview

THE ROLE:

Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing TH is responsible for supporting and executing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and generate leads. This role involves managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee content creation, scheduling, and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
  • Content Optimization: Ensure website and landing pages are optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage online advertising budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies and partners for campaign execution and creative development.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and consumer behavior studies to inform strategy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identifies opportunities, needs, challenges and issues that prevent Distributors from achieving their goals. Escalates issues to the appropriate parties if needed. Acts as main point of contact and advocate within the organization.
  • Hands-On Execution: Demonstrate strong operational skills by directly executing tasks and initiatives when needed.
  • Other Assigned Tasks: Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels and stakeholder touchpoints.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time required.
