Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Create and develop creative execution contents or ideas (online & on ground) based on customer trend & insight. Work with Marketing, in-house designers and agencies in order to deliver communication campaigns.
  • Work with communication and media agencies to deliver effective OB media strategy, media boosting, and media evaluation.
  • Develop KOLs/KOCs brief, select KOLs/KOCs and ensure delivering key message with high customer engagement.
  • Work with in-house designers to design POSM, Online post, GIF, 3D shot, short VDO, etc.
  • Budget monitoring on weekly and monthly basis
  • Follow Procurement process PR/PO/Accrual/SEA

Marketing & Content Communication Execution :

  • Develop in-house content creation for supporting Own brand communication.
  • Monitor Own Brand website is maintained in good condition and keep updated.
  • Ensure O2O and any other owned media having Own Brand executed in every campaign.
  • Monitor trend (incl Gen Z trend) and execute appropriate real time content for Own Brand. Conduct desktop research for competitors and other retailers.
  • Ensure 360 communication execution across all media platforms and customers touchpoints i.e. Line, Line decentralization, YT, FB, IG, TikTok, Lotuss smart App, Website, Kiosk, Mail for customer and colleague communications and CP Group.
  • Work with in-house designers to design POSM, Online post, GIF, 3D shot, short VDO, etc.
  • Coordinate with Product/Commercial team to compile information of products, photos (i.e. price, promotion, claim, distribution channel).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management and Trade or any related field.
  • Having at least 4 years of experiences in Content Marketing in Retail / FMCG business background would be preferable.
  • Exceptional skills for English is preferable.
  • Strong socialization and online communication skills. Also keep up to social trending.
  • Microsoft office especially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva applications
  • Effective Project Management
  • Data Analysis and Report preparation
  • Proactive and influencing skills
