Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic Sales Learning & Performance Strategy Assistant Manager to drive data-led capability building across the sales organization. This role serves as a key bridge between global learning strategy and local execution, integrating training analytics, curriculum design, and operational excellence to elevate overall sales performance.
With a strong emphasis on leadership development for Sales Managers, this role ensures that learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1) Training Analytics & Strategic Insights
- Own and manage end-to-end training dashboards (Looker Studio) to track ROI, learning penetration, and sales productivity
- Analyze sales and training data to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for management-level reporting and decision-making
2) Curriculum Design & Global Alignment
- Collaborate closely with HQ/global teams to localize training frameworks, content, and best practices for the Thailand market
- Design structured learning journeys across:
- Hard Skills: Sales techniques, product knowledge
- Soft Skills: Leadership, coaching, communication, mindset
- Lead the design and execution of Leadership Development Programs for Sales Managers, focusing on people management and team performance
3) Training Facilitation
- Act as a lead facilitator for Sales Manager–level programs, including leadership, coaching, and management capability development
- Deliver key learning interventions such as onboarding programs, system training, and targeted workshops
- Ensure engaging, high-impact learning experiences that drive behavioral change and performance outcomes
4) Training Operations & LMS Management
- Serve as LMS administrator, ensuring data accuracy, user access management, and system effectiveness
- Oversee end-to-end training operations (registration, evaluation, certification, reporting) in compliance with SOPs
- Continuously enhance training processes to improve learner experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Data Analytics/Data Science, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Sales Operations
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and Looker Studio expertise
- Proven experience in instructional design and structured curriculum development
- Experience working with regional or global stakeholders is preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage manager-level audiences
- Good command of English for effective collaboration with global teams
