Job Description

The Quality Process Supervisor at the Pringles Plant in Thailand is responsible for overseeing and ensuring production processes meet established quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the consistency and reliability of products in company such as material, manufacturing, production, finished goods. This role is response for handing customer complaint and internal complaints about product quality or process issues. This aspect for this role involves ensuring that complaints are investigated, resolved, and prevented in the future.

Quality Process supervisor leads to reviews new material with ingredient hazard analysis (IHA) and quality check new material compliance. Ensure production compliance with standards operation control (SOC) and company work system.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Leads product evaluation system and trend analysis for defects, root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Supervising production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitoring materials and process to identify potential quality risk and issues.
  • Analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with teams to implement new methods or technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Managing and training production staff in quality control standards and best practices
  • Ensuring team adherence to quality protocols such IPQA, IPQC, SOC and conduct process audit
  • Overseeing quality control tests, inspections, and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
  • Investigating and resolving product defects or non-conformities. Hold and release process
  • Ensuring production processes comply with regulations, FSSC, and customer requirements.
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and adapting processes accordingly.
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues.
  • Leading root cause analysis for quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Developing preventive measures to avoid recurring problems.
  • Conduct artwork review and participate for process trial and input for quality and food safety concerns to team
  • Review new material compliance by Quality risk scan, IHA and food fraud.
  • Ensure spending within QA budget.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Mocrobiology, Chemistry or a related field.
  • Experience at least 3 years in food manufacturing or similar environment, with a focus on sanitation, housekeeping and pest management program.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.
  • Ability to use English for communication and understand technical documents, regulation and report.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation, hygienic design and pest management program
  • Position requires regular attendance in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to use digital/smart factory tools, dashboards etc.
