Key Responsibility:
- Govern the incident intake process across both business units
- Review and classify incidents according to company criteria
- Determine severity level and reporting requirements (management / legal / insurance)
- Control reporting timelines to meet defined SLA
- Follow up investigation progress with responsible site teams or safety officers
- Consolidate, analyze, and prepare monthly/quarterly incident reports
- Develop unified incident classification criteria across Makro and Lotus
- Monitor corrective action closure and report status to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Law, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in safety or incident management
- Strong understanding of incident investigation and reporting criteria
- Strong follow-up and timeline control skills
- Capable of preparing analytical reports for management
