Job Description

Supports the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive company growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market presence. This role works closely with the AVP of Marketing and senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives that contribute to user growth, trading activity, and long-term revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Company Growth

  • Support the AVP of Marketing in shaping and executing marketing strategies that directly contribute to company growth, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Translate business and growth targets into clear marketing priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to scale marketing impact across products, markets, and channels through structured planning and execution.
  • Demonstrate strong brand knowledge and ensure the brand is positioned clearly, consistently, and appropriately across all marketing channels.
  • Maintain strong tactical product knowledge, including how product features work, how users interact with them, and how they create value and support key growth drivers.
  • Clearly articulate brand and product value propositions for different user segments and use cases, both internally and externally.
  • Confidently communicate and represent all app-related initiatives, features, and campaigns to internal stakeholders, partners, and external audiences when required.
  • Actively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities using performance data, market insights, and user feedback, and translate these insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

Campaign, Channel & Growth Execution

  • Plan, oversee, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, partner, and KOL channels, aligned with overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes, including ROI, sign-ups, user activity, trading volume, retention, and brand visibility.
  • Balance brand-building initiatives with performance-driven growth efforts to support both long-term brand equity and short-term commercial impact.
  • Demonstrate clear strategic thinking in campaign planning, channel mix, and execution, with proactive actions to drive campaign success and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects with increasing scope and complexity, while maintaining quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Evaluate campaign and project performance using data, competitor benchmarks, and market insights; identify key learnings and consistently apply improvements to future initiatives.
  • Maintain strong advertising and media knowledge, with awareness of competitors approaches and industry standards.
  • Stay informed on consumer behavior, cultural shifts, and industry trends, and translate these insights into effective content ideas, campaign proposals, and execution.

Third-Party Endorsements, Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Lead and manage third-party endorsement initiatives that strengthen brand credibility, trust, and user confidence, engaging relevant external stakeholders such as industry voices, partners, communities, and opinion leaders.
  • Develop and execute partnership and co-marketing initiatives that expand reach, unlock new audiences, and support sustainable user growth across priority markets.
  • Identify, assess, and activate endorsement and partnership opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new products, features, and geographic markets by contributing marketing insights, positioning, and launch readiness.
  • Ensure marketing materials, messaging, and channel strategies are adaptable and relevant across different market contexts and stakeholder groups.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Business Development, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to ensure partnership and market expansion initiatives are executed effectively and responsibly.
  • Track and evaluate the impact of third-party endorsements and partnership initiatives on brand perception, user acquisition, and engagement, and apply learnings to continuously improve stakeholder engagement and expansion readiness.

Performance, Insights & Optimization

  • Review and monitor marketing and growth performance metrics across the funnel, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Plan, assess, and optimize performance marketing funnels to improve ROI, efficiency, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by translating performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Evaluate campaign and performance marketing results in comparison with competitors and relevant market benchmarks to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate strong digital advertising and social media knowledge, with awareness of competitors approaches and evolving industry standards.
  • Stay informed on consumer behavior, cultural shifts, and industry trends, and apply these insights to campaign optimization, content direction, and future planning.
  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, Compliance, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product roadmaps, business priorities, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a strong ownership mindset across the full cycle of workplanning, execution, reporting, and assessmenttaking responsibility beyond individually assigned tasks to drive collective outcomes.
  • Make thoughtful, well-reasoned decisions in complex or ambiguous situations, and take accountability for results rather than activities alone.
  • Act proactively by identifying risks, gaps, or opportunities and addressing them without needing direction, escalation, or prompting.
  • Support execution excellence across functions by guiding, unblocking, and collaborating with teammates to raise overall team standards.
  • Willingly take on responsibilities beyond formal job scope when needed to support team objectives and broader company goals.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles
  • Experience leading integrated marketing and KOL initiatives
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution understanding
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
