Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Develop strategic plans and implement marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand direction.
- Support Marketing Manager in building brand equity and promoting both new and existing products.
- Oversee external communications (online and offline), applying diverse tools to strengthen brand image, raise awareness, and meet brand objectives.
Marketing Communications
- Collaborate with agencies to roll out integrated marketing campaigns across TV, outdoor, in-store, and other media.
- Track, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of communication and audience engagement.
New Products & Promotions
- Plan and execute product and promotion launches, including positioning, messaging, marketing plans, and sales forecasts to achieve business goals.
- Lead launch activities while maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product development, and procurement to execute the product roadmap.
Sales Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor brand performance against business targets, design strategies to achieve objectives, and propose alternative approaches when needed.
- Provide management with monthly reports highlighting key learnings, market opportunities, and recommended marketing actions.
Campaign & Event Management
- Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
