Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with company standards for operating procedures, product quality, and service delivery;
2. Help manage staff scheduling, on-site coordination, and incident handling to maintain efficient store operations.
3. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and a clean store environment.
4. Help manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure sufficient stock of ingredients.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service across retail areas, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Assist in training and coaching store staff under the guidance of the Store Manager.
JobRequirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of management experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality; experience in managing high-traffic stores preferred.
2. Working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required to support daily operational communication.
3. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
4. Familiarity with inventory management, sales tracking, and operational processes.
5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining operational standards.
