  • Operations Management:
  • Assist the store manager in daily business operations, human resources, customer service, and merchandising.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and report on daily operations.
  • Ensure the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store front.
  • Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
  • Manage employee schedules, conduct performance reviews, and enforce disciplinary actions.
  • Customer Service & Problem Solving:
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail environment is required.
  • Experience in training and managing a team.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
