Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Global Sales SEA is responsible for driving revenue growth across Southeast Asia and India by managing key regional accounts, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in alignment with the company's commercial strategy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from Southeast Asia and India markets, covering corporate, leisure, MICE, wholesale, and long-stay segments.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and regional partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and potential partnerships within the respective markets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, sales missions, roadshows, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and commercial terms in line with revenue targets and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and property teams to ensure market alignment and effective execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to proactively adjust strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports, quarterly presentations, and market insights for senior management.
  • Support brand visibility and positioning through strategic account engagement and relationship building.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities aligned with the scope and seniority of the position.
