Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance & Growth Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of finance-driven growth strategies aligned with corporate direction
  • Translate strategic priorities into financial roadmaps, value creation plans, and measurable outcomes
  • Drive financial evaluation of enterprise growth initiatives, including new business models, expansion opportunities, and cross-business synergies

Executive & Business Partnership


  • Serve as a strategic finance advisor to the CFO, executive management, and business unit leaders
  • Partner with Corporate Strategy and BU teams to shape investment proposals and strategic initiatives
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to executive committees and investment forums

Capital Allocation & Portfolio Management


  • Oversee financial assessment and prioritization of strategic initiatives across the portfolio
  • Ensure disciplined capital deployment, balancing short-term performance with long-term growth options
  • Monitor value realization and financial performance of major growth initiatives

Governance & Capability Building


  • Establish standards for strategic financial modeling, valuation, and business case development
  • Ensure consistency and governance across strategic finance activities
  • Coach and develop subordinates and build a strong strategic finance talent pipeline

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Strategy, or related fields
  • 10–12+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or CFO roles
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, valuation methodologies, capital allocation, and value creation frameworks
  • Proven track record in leading finance-driven growth initiatives, business transformation, or strategic investments
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at executive level and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience integrating financial insights across multiple business units or diverse business models
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance financial discipline and strategic ambition
  • Solid understanding of portfolio management, investment prioritization, and performance tracking
  • Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
  • Leadership experience in developing senior finance or strategy talent
  • Experience in large, complex, or regional/multi-country organizations preferred
  • Strong communication, judgment, and decision-framing skills
