You will be responsible in providing daily operational support for Food Services Department. You will assist the F&B Executive in the following:
Ensuring meals are served timely and in accordance with statutory and religious guidelines
Engagement and coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Assist with inventory management
Assist training of staff
Support F&B Executive in one (or more) of operations support areas:
Supporting maintenance of meal ordering system
Support management of outsourced partner (Dishwashing Operations and Maintenance)
Support management of outsourced partner (Meal Servers)
Ensuring quantity and quality of food items purchased are received in a timely manner and stored according to statutory guidelines and requirements
Job Requirements
Diploma in Food Service Management/Food Business Management, Food Science/Nutrition will be preferred
Able to commit 6 days work week (AM Shift: 6am - 2pm PM Shift: 11.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 8.30pm)
Experience in food services operations will be an advantage
IT savvy
Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
