Consulting project

• Assume responsibility for managing multiple projects
• Lead and direct teams and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration, understanding their concerns, designing tasks/project plans, and gaining acceptance for the team's proposed solutions
• Communicate findings and recommendations as deliverables to clients
• Provide hands-on support in executing solutions to achieve project goals

Business Development

• Responsible for overseeing various sales and marketing activities
• Assist in the development and pitching of proposals
• Acts as a company representative at conferences and events to expand the company's network

Team Leadership & Development

• Offer mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, ensuring exceptional project delivery and fostering their professional growth
• Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and approach

Qualifications

• Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, and other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance
• Minimum 3 years of work experience at top-tier consulting firms OR a strong academic record from a top-tier MBA program
• JLPT N1 (or equivalent professional Japanese proficiency) is an advantage
• Strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken

• Excellent interpersonal skills: excellent communication with people who are of differing levels of seniority, analytical understandings and backgrounds
