The Associate Product Manager is responsible for driving product-level growth and commercial success of the Interventional Cardiology portfolio in Thailand.
This role develops and executes product strategies and plans, including go-to-market strategies, new product launch plans, and KOL engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, the role ensures strong market execution, effective sales enablement, and continuous performance improvement to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
Responsibilities
1) Product & Portfolio Management
- Develop product strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with portfolio priorities.
- Define product positioning, segmentation, and target customers.
- Monitor product performance, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance.
2) Go-to-Market & Launch Planning
- Develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans for assigned products.
- Lead new product launches, including planning, training, targeting, and rollout.
- Adapt regional strategies to local market needs.
- Track launch and campaign performance and drive corrective actions.
3) Sales Enablement & Commercial Execution
- Develop and maintain high-quality sales tools (product presentations, clinical evidence, competitive positioning, objection handling).
- Deliver product training and ongoing capability building for sales teams.
- Support key accounts, tenders, and therapy conversion initiatives.
- Conduct joint field visits to strengthen execution and gather insights.
4) KOL Engagement & Therapy Development
- Develop and execute KOL engagement plans aligned with business priorities.
- Support development of national speakers, reference centers, and training programs.
- Drive therapy adoption through education, case sharing, and local evidence where applicable.
5) Marketing Programs & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute marketing activities (congresses, symposiums, workshops, scientific events).
- Ensure effective resource utilization and high-quality execution.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory & ethical standards.
6) Forecasting, Budget & Business Performance
- Contribute to demand planning and forecasting.
- Track product performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
7) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Sales Operations.
- Ensure alignment on product availability, pricing, and execution priorities.
- Collaborate with regional teams on strategy alignment and launch readiness
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in medical device/pharmaceutical marketing or sales
- Experience in Interventional Cardiology or Cath Lab preferred
- Proven experience in product management, go-to-market planning, or product launches.
- Experience working closely with sales teams is preferred
- Excellent command of Thai and English.
