Associate, Regional Campaign Operations

• Drive the execution of business initiatives to enhance campaign process efficiency and performance
• Support the planning and evaluation of commercial levers to drive incremental growth
• Support the development of regional operational frameworks spanning campaign strategy, traffic, promotions, and tracking metrics
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to share best practices, learnings, and new growth opportunities through playbooks, reports, and workshops
• Serve as the key point of contact between regional cross-functional teams and country markets to drive operational excellence
• Own post-campaign performance reviews in partnership with analytics and cross-functional teams

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the e-commerce or consulting industry; regional experience is a plus
• Expertise in campaign management and operations
• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player, able to foster strong stakeholder partnerships and work effectively in cross-functional settings as well as independently
• Highly organized, meticulous, and driven, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written English
