Deliver Technology Solution and Manage Relationship across Global Market, Wholesale Debt Capital Management, UOB Asset Management, and extend support to the Global Market Operations team
To facilitate Business and T&O to work as a team for Business Requirement Document (BRD) preparation
To assist Business to review BRD to ensure the completeness of BRD and align with Group Strategies
To engage Group and Local T&O to provide a proper Technology and Operation Solution and legitimate Timeline with achieve Business's Time to Market
To support Business seeking Project/CR Approval on both Local and Group Management Committee
To support Projects and CRs under Global Market, Wholesale Debt Capital Management and UOBAM such as Global Market Platform & Counterparty Credit Risk System, Dealing Phone & Voice Recording for GM, Digital Infrastructure for Finance (DIF) Project, IBOR and UOBAM IT Integration)
Be a front-line contact person between senior strategists, planners, designers and operational business partners to support effective business change, understand their needs; responds to and follows through on any enquiries, requests and issues to complete resolution or satisfaction in a timely manner
To define the business challenges and overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
Manage/Facilitate IT Budget to align with Business Priority Leveraging with T/O Planning to manage IT Budget with the Business Unit – Global Market, Wholesale Debt Capital Management and UOBAM to ensure IT implementation can be done within budget and align with Business priority
Involve with the production incident to reduce repeated problems
Facilitate production incident management and identify the problem and root cause to meet the system stability service level agreement and reduce the repeat production incident
Build a sustainable process for measuring benefits to ensure T&O resources are aligned to business initiatives
Ensure no breach of audit and risk compliance
Ensure that all audit ratings are at least Satisfactory
Bachelor's or master's degree in IT/ Business/ Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience
Strategic planning/ Project management/ resource management
Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market
Analytical, problem solving and process redesign skills that can translate analysis into actions that fit.
Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation.
Experience in business development and deployment
