Provide advisory services and deliver Global Markets products to retail clients within approved frameworks, including market risk limits, bank policies, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, driving portfolio growth and enhancing customer engagement across segments.
Collaborate with internal Business Units (BUs), including Retail Banking and Wealth Management teams, to expand the customer base and generate cross-sell opportunities.
Partner with Global Markets strategists and product structuring teams to develop simplified marketing materials and suitable investment or hedging solutions tailored to retail clients.
Ensure delivery of a high-quality client experience while meeting suitability and compliance requirements for retail customers.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or another related field
Minimum 5-8 years with relevant working experience
Result-oriented and Self-driven for success
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Marketing and Selling negotiation skills
Good command of English and computer literacy
Relevant experience in retail investment advisory & sales is a plus.
