Job Purpose
To lead and drive end-to-end supply chain operations for the Dry Food – Food category, ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless nationwide distribution, and optimized cost performance. This role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies,
maintaining service excellence (SLA), and strengthening vendor collaboration, while providing strong leadership to the team to achieve business targets and support overall commercial success.
Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy: Plan & oversee the E2E supply chain processes for Dry Food – Food to enhance distribution efficiency and reduce operation costs.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor & maintain optimal inventory levels (stock optimization) to prevent stockouts & minimize overstock issues.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the procurement dept. & suppliers to streamline ordering processes & optimize delivery lead times for maximum efficiency.
4. Cost Optimization: Analyze and manage budgets (OTB), including identifying opportunities for logistics and warehousing cost reduction without compromising service quality.
5. Team Leadership: Supervise & develop team capabilities to ensure all operations meet the company's established KPIs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
2.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in retail/FMCG industry
3.Proven experience in managing end-to-end (E2E) supply chain operations and leading large teams
4. Strong knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and distribution management
5. Experience in cost control, budget management (OTB), and productivity improvement
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
7. Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
8. Strong leadership, communication, and team development capabilities
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
10. Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken)
