Job Description
- Consult, Problem solving, and manage on all the issues related to overseas Agent clients i.e. Transfer the Rights, Refund to clients.
- Build and maintain existing/new relationships with International and Domestic Property Agents.
- Strong skill negotiating deals and closing deals with multinational property agencies.
- Prepare strategical planning in penetrating new International markets and building strengths in existing market.
- Manage in signing up property agencies in Phuket with agency agreements to sell Sansiri products.
- Maintain and update daily sales completed by agents both Internationally and Domestically.
- Successfully drive sales according to target given.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in real estate developer or other related business.
- Strong personality and demonstrated skills in leadership, management, communication, problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Language Requirements:
Russian: Fully fluent
English: Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in both Phuket.
