We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2C Corporate Insurance Sales Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the insurance sales sector, focusing on developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers for our corporate insurance products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2C corporate insurance products.
  • Identify and target potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for B2C insurance products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
