Beverage Manager

Job Description

The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all beverage operations across the resort's dining venues, bars, and events. This role ensures exceptional guest service, quality beverage offerings, cost control, team training, and compliance with company standards. The Beverage Manager will lead, innovate, and elevate the beverage program to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with the resort's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar supervisory / management role in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
• Strong knowledge of beverages, mixology, wines, and spirits
• Good understanding of bar operations, cost control & inventory
• WSET Certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and guest engagement skills
• Proficiency in English additional languages are an advantage
