As a Boutique Employee at Club Med Phuket, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our resort boutique, ensuring guests have a memorable shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with product selection, offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain an attractive and well-organized boutique display, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure the boutique is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Understand and promote Club Med products, promotions, and services.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within a boutique or luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong sales ability and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced resort environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., French, Thai, Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a vibrant holiday atmosphere.
