Job Description

• Plan and execute sampling initiatives to drive awareness, trial, and conversion

• Develop annual event and strategies aligned with brand and business objectives

• Identify key consumer occasions, touchpoints, and channels to maximize reach and engagement

• Manage agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless activations

• Align with Brand, Trade, Sales, and Digital teams while tracking KPIs and optimizing ROI

• Generate consumer insights and apply a test-and-learn approach to improve future campaigns

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.

• 5+ years of experience involved in brand management and activation (FMCG Preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.

• Able to commute and work flexibly during events.
