Role Overview
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the overall performance of the assigned brand, ensuring alignment with brand standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets. This role requires close collaboration with international brand principals, internal stakeholders, and retail teams to deliver strong operational execution and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for each retail shops
- Monitor and manage stock inventory at all retail outlets, ensuring optimal stock levels
- Work closely with brand principals and the international team to ensure alignment with brand direction and standards
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to meet and exceed sales targets
- Oversee shop display standards and visual merchandising to ensure consistency with brand identity
- Support the development of the annual marketing plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives
- Manage the brand's Annual Plan and Budget Proposal, including monitoring and controlling expenditure
- Conduct business analysis and provide timely sales performance reports to management
- Address customer needs, complaints, and feedback to drive service excellence and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the retail sector
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in sales planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and with international stakeholders
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating retail staff
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to provide actionable insights
