About The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and consumer-focused Brand Manager to lead the growth of a leading beauty and personal care brand in Thailand.

This role will be responsible for brand strategy, marketing execution, e-commerce growth, social commerce activation, and commercial performance across the Thai market. The successful candidate will work closely with regional stakeholders, platform partners, creators, and internal cross-functional teams to drive sustainable brand growth while building a strong local presence.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute localized brand strategies aligned with global brand objectives.
  • Define brand positioning, key messaging, and consumer communication frameworks.
  • Build long-term brand equity while delivering short-term commercial growth.

Marketing Campaigns & Product Launches

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Manage product launch strategies, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee seasonal campaigns, hero SKU activations, and key commercial moments.

Social Commerce & Creator Marketing

  • Drive growth through TikTok Shop, livestreaming, affiliate programs, short-form video content, and creator partnerships.
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, KOCs, creators, and affiliate networks.
  • Develop scalable content and creator strategies that support both brand awareness and sales performance.

E-commerce & Commercial Growth

  • Own performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital commerce channels.
  • Develop platform-specific growth strategies, promotional calendars, merchandising plans, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition.

Creative & Content Development

  • Translate brand strategy into compelling creative campaigns and content initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, agencies, and content creators to ensure high-quality output.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze brand, marketing, and commercial KPIs.
  • Conduct campaign performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for management and regional stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with commercial, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure local execution aligns with broader business objectives.
  • Manage platform relationships and external agency partners.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of marketing and commercial professionals.
  • Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Budget & Business Management

  • Manage marketing and activation budgets effectively.
  • Ensure investments are aligned with business objectives and ROI expectations.
  • Contribute directly to revenue, profitability, and market share growth.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, or related functions.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing teams or leading projects.
  • Experience within Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Personal Care, FMCG, or related consumer industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and social commerce ecosystems.
  • Proven experience working with influencers, creators, affiliates, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics, consumer insights, and business reporting.
  • AI proficiency is expected, including practical use of AI tools to enhance productivity, research, content development, and decision-making.
  • Fluent Thai with strong working proficiency in English.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
