Role Description

We are seeking a Brand Manager/ Senior Brand Manager to join our team in bangkok on-site.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build, not maintain.

You will lead brand growth across campaigns, retail, and e-commerce translating strategy into work that drives both cultural relevance and commercial results. You will work closely with sales, creative, and regional teams to scale OATSIDE's next phase of growth in Thailand.

This role requires equal parts creativity, commercial thinking, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with commercial objectives

Manage marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, social, PR, and creator partnerships

Drive retail and shopper marketing execution across MT and GT channels

Grow e-commerce performance through campaigns, bundles, and CRM initiatives

Support product launches, new packs, and future brand expansions

Monitor campaign and A&P performance, ensuring strong ROI and efficiency

Translate insights and data into actionable growth opportunities

Lead agency partners and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations

Coach and develop junior marketing team members

Qualifications

58 years (Brand Manager) or 710 years (Senior Brand Manager) experience in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle brands in Thailand

Proven experience managing marketing budgets and agency partners

Strong understanding of retail (MT & GT) and e-commerce ecosystems

Ability to balance creative thinking with commercial performance

Strong analytical and project management skills

Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

Collaborative mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
