Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to refine targeting and improve communication strategies.
Create unique brand experiences tailored to specific segments, including urban drinkers, tourists, office workers, and golfers.
Work closely with the sales team to create tailored strategies for different sales channels (modern trade, traditional trade, and on-premise outlets).
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve execution.
Develop point-of-sale materials (POSM) and trade promotions to boost visibility and drive sales in retail and on-premise locations.
Strengthen relationships with key accounts to increase brand penetration and presence.
Oversee brand marketing and trade budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
Plan and execute trade promotions to support sales targets while maintaining profitability.
Partner with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and alignment of brand objectives.
Work with external agencies and partners (e.g., TaylorMade, AIS) for co-branded campaigns and collaborations.
Develop strategic partnerships with trade customers, hospitality venues, and key distributors to increase brand visibility and sales.
Provide training and support to trade partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management and marketing with a proven track record of driving sales, preferably in leading beverage or dynamic food retail businesses
Able to conduct market visits or marketing event during night shifts
Should be comfortable participating in social or business settings where alcohol is served
