Responsibilities:
• Oversee & leading marketing and brand strategies in alignment with the company's direction.
• Coordinate with brand principals to create and implement marketing campaigns — both communication and merchandising.
• Brainstorm and deliver KPIs, tactical plans, and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee sales forecasting, stock management, P&L, and promotional performance reports across all channels.
• Manage and create content for social media and other owned platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and KOLs for product seeding.
• Evaluate and improve existing marketing programs.
• Develop strategies to support e-commerce platforms and online channels.
• Maintain brand CI and coordinate with designers for all brand visuals and merchandising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and e-retailers on e-commerce execution.
• Stay ahead of the latest trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communication, e-commerce or marketing agency.
• Passion for retail business or fashion is a must.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Able to work on-site 100% at Rama III, Bangkok.
