The Brand Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic brand collaborations to expand brand reach, strengthen brand equity, and create innovative marketing opportunities. This role focuses on building partnerships with lifestyle brands, retailers, restaurants, influencers, and cross-industry collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships that align with the brand's positioning and marketing objectives

• Initiate collaboration campaigns with lifestyle brands, retail chains, F&B partners, and influencers

• Lead co-branding campaigns, joint promotions, and experiential marketing initiatives

• Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partnership contracts

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, sales, and external partners

• Evaluate partnership performance and ROI

• Develop partnership strategies that drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition

• Manage collaborative campaigns from concept development to execution

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years experience in brand partnerships, marketing collaboration, or business development

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

• Experience in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or retail industries is preferred

• Strategic thinking with strong project management capabilities
