Job Purpose
The performance controlling analyst plays a crucial role in driving the cash up process, making sure S&OP data accuracy and integrity. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-market teams and contribute to the company's growth in diverse markets. If you are passionate about market analysis, detail-oriented, and eager to make a significant impact, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Cash Up: Conduct cash up of E2E P&L from topline to operation profit, as well as cash forecast.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on market performance metrics, and forecast.
- Management Reporting RTR: Oversee month end closing process collaborating with global team, local team, and 3P service provider to ensure OTIF month end close and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with market and BU finance teams to support business objectives.
- Compliance and control: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company financial policies and management reporting control.
- Data Management: Maintain and update market data and analytics tools including but not limited to cost center creation and gatekeeping.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of experience in market analysis or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or experience such as CMRA, CPA are a plus.
Key Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with market analysis tools and technology, including Excel and SAP. Power BI and Hyperion would be a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in market reporting and analysis.
- Process Simplification: Ability to think structurally, challenge status quo, and propose process simplification to unlock efficiency of the reporting process using various tools and activity rationalization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex market data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present market information.
