Key Responsibility:
- Work with all related teams to manage the promotion and event range change process for display
- Draw Planogram in every promotion range change for stores
- Understand shopper behaviors to develop products display that are impact and easy to shop
- Balance Space Range Display's KPI both of inventory and display rules for stores to operate simpler and maintain good display for customers
- Enable good availability and support the customer promise of I can get what I want
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in retail business preferred
- Computer literacy and Microsoft office especially Advance in Microsoft Excel
Skills of
- Manage the range change process for display
- Draw Planograms
- Logical thinking, able to work cross functions
- Team player with strong interpersonal, and communication skills
