Job Description

Job Purposes

Control the operations of building maintenance, including inspecting equipment and performing any basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required in the building or areas under responsibilities, to support business operations effectively, aligning with organization's goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Control and manage day-to-day preventative maintenance and basic repairs in the building and areas under responsibilities to support organizational operations effectively
  • Diagnose and solve mechanical issues in the building or areas under responsibilities following the orders to support building maintenance operations
  • Inspect premises and equipment to solve, improve, and maintain in good condition
  • Control and monitor repairing machines, equipment, or structures to facilitate building and maintenance operations
  • Coordinate with related functions to provide support, advice, or problem solving to support organizational operations
  • Take care and advise maintenance staffsto ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have experience in precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
  • Be able to use common tools
  • Be detail-oriented and time management
